How to join

Get the app
Download LIVE Teams for iPhone or Android, or open liveteams.web.app in your browser.

Sign in
Use your phone number, and we text you a one-time code to confirm it's you.

Join with your coach's link or code
Open the invite link, or scan the QR code, your coach shared: once you're signed in, LIVE Teams asks if you want to join that team. Or, in LIVE Teams, choose Join Team and tap "Have an invite code?" to enter the code, or search for your team's name and tap Join. If the team approves new members, you're on it once your coach approves your request.
Joining for a child?
Parents follow along through their family account.
Once your child has their own LIVE Teams login, add them to your family account with the email they signed up with, or their phone number typed as + and the country code with no spaces (like +15555550123), and check that it shows as linked. When they join a team, opening My family adds you to that team too, so you see the team chat and schedule.
Younger kids can be added to your family account by name, without a login of their own. To be on a team roster, a player needs their own LIVE Teams login.

Frequently asked questions
How do I find my team?+
The quickest way is the invite link, QR code or invite code from your coach. To enter a code, choose Join Team in LIVE Teams and tap "Have an invite code?". To search instead, choose Join Team and type the start of your team's name exactly as your coach wrote it, capital letters included. Private teams, and teams hidden from search, don't show up in search, but their invite link and code still work. Your coach can also invite you by the phone number you signed up with.
Why am I not on the team yet?+
Some teams approve new members first. Joining one of them, by search, link or code, sends your coach a join request, and you're on the team once they approve it. If you asked to be invited first instead of being added directly, an invite from your coach waits on your Home screen for you to accept.
Do I need an email address?+
No. You can sign in with just your phone number and a one-time code sent by text.
Is LIVE Teams free?+
Yes. LIVE Teams is free to download and free to use. Paid plans are coming, and until they launch every feature in the app is free. No credit card is needed. See pricing.
