Create the team
Pick your sport, name the team and share the invite link or QR code you get for it. In Invite players, search your contacts or type a phone number: people already on LIVE Teams are added right away, or get an invite to accept if they asked for one first, and from your phone you can text everyone else an invite link. Add each player's parents from the roster.

Schedule games and practices
In the iPhone or Android app, add each game and practice with its time and venue. See scheduling.

Build the lineup, keep score and post the result for everyone to see in the team chat.
One team space
The team chat is where the season happens.
Every team gets its own chat. Start group chats or message one person directly, run a quick poll, and in the mobile app switch the team chat to admin-only when you need to make an announcement.
Paperwork lives there too. Send a waiver or your own PDF in the team chat, mark where to sign and collect e-signatures from players and parents, who can sign in the iPhone and Android apps or on the web.
Running drop-in sessions? Pickup games in the mobile app take an optional price, a player cap and a waitlist, and let you mark who has paid.

Frequently asked questions
Which sports does the lineup builder support?+
Soccer, basketball, volleyball, handball, ultimate, touch football, American football, hockey and baseball. The lineup builder is in the iPhone and Android apps.
Can someone else keep score?+
Yes. Give a person the referee or scorekeeper role and they can enter scores without being a team admin.
Can I run more than one team?+
Yes. Create and run several teams from one login, each with its own roster, chat and schedule.
How do players join my team?+
Share the invite link or QR code you get when you create the team, or give them its invite code to enter in Join Team under "Have an invite code?". You can also add people yourself from Invite players, by contact or phone number. If your team approves new members, their requests show on the team page for you to approve.
Is LIVE Teams free?+
Yes. LIVE Teams is free to download and free to use. Paid plans are coming, and until they launch every feature in the app is free. No credit card is needed. See pricing.
