Roles for every person
Give each person a role such as coach, manager, captain, player or parent, with the roster split into players and staff.
Control who joins
Share an invite link, QR code or invite code, or let players and parents find the team by name and tap Join. In Invite players, add people already on LIVE Teams from your contacts or by phone number; anyone who asked to be invited first gets an invite to accept. You choose whether anyone can join, people need an invite code, or you approve each request.
Waivers and e-signatures
Send a waiver or your own PDF in a team chat and collect e-signatures. People can sign in the mobile app or on the web.

You can create and run several teams from one login today. There is no club account that groups teams together, and we'd like to hear what your club needs.
Can we collect registration fees?+
No. LIVE Teams does not collect registration fees or take online payments.
Can we send one message to every team?+
No. Each team has its own chat.
Is LIVE Teams free?+
Yes. LIVE Teams is free to download and free to use. Paid plans are coming, and until they launch every feature in the app is free. No credit card is needed. See pricing.
