Add a younger child to your family account by name, without a login of their own.
When a linked child with their own login joins a team, opening My family adds you to that team as a parent, so you see the team chat and schedule.
From the family view, answer RSVPs for each child who has their own LIVE Teams login.
Getting started
Get the app on iPhone or Android, or open liveteams.web.app, and sign in with your phone number.
Add each child to your family account. If a child has their own login, add them with the email they signed up with, or their phone number typed as + and the country code with no spaces (like +15555550123), and check that it shows as linked. Younger kids can be added by name.
A child with their own login can open the coach's invite link, enter the team's invite code in Join Team, or search for the team's name and tap Join. The coach can also invite them by phone number. Private teams don't show up in search, and some teams ask the coach to approve new members first. Then open My family, and you're added to the team too.
Game day, sorted
Game pages show the venue, with one tap to directions, and in the mobile app the weather forecast for the field.
Coaches see which parents belong to which player on the roster, and waivers and other documents can be signed right in the team chat, in the iPhone and Android apps or on the web.
Final scores, lineups and photos are posted to the team chat, so the season's moments stay in one place. Read how we handle your family's information in our Privacy Policy.
How players join a teamQuestions, answered
Not to be in your family account: you can add a younger child by name. To be added to a team, a child needs their own LIVE Teams login, with their own phone number or email address, and the Android app doesn't let children under 13 create one. Once a child has a login, you can answer their RSVPs from the family view.
Yes. For each child who has their own LIVE Teams login, the family view lists their next upcoming events across their teams.
People on your child's team, including coaches, teammates and other parents, can see your child's name and team activity. New teams are public, show up in search and are open to join unless the coach picks other options when creating the team, and the coach can switch to approval or an invite code later in team settings, so ask your coach how the team is set up. Anyone who has the team's invite link or code can use it to join, or to ask to join if the team approves new members. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who we share it with.
Yes. LIVE Teams is free to download and free to use. Paid plans are coming, and until they launch every feature in the app is free. No credit card is needed. See pricing.
